Malachi Kgwadi Makokga is the co-founder and Director at Noble . Having worked in the transformation industry since 2008 he holds extensive knowledge of B-BBEE and the supporting legislation. He leads the technical team at Noble and ensures the team is highly trained and monitored for excellent results. His passion for the transformation is widely know in the industry as he is often requested to participate on different forums as a technical expect.
Ngoni Mantiziba-Muleya
Ngoni Mantiziba Muleya is the co-founder and Director at Noble with extensive experience in B-BBEE, transformation consulting, operations management, finance, HR, compliance and risk management. Transformation has been at the core of her heart since 2008, having worked with many companies over the past 10 years, her passion is evident in her drive and support of true reflective transformation in South Africa.
